External Directors

Malin has over 25 years of experience with leadership roles such as CEO/CIO/CTO where she has been responsible for various digital transformations in both for-profit and non-profit organisations operating within fintech, gaming, music-tech, transportation, life-science and government.

She is skilled in leading international teams through change, using new technology as an enabler for growth and transformation. Malin is also known for balancing complex stakeholders’ interests whilst gaining visible results.

Currently, Malin is the CEO of a fintech scaleup company based in Sweden offering various payment solutions and debt collecting services to a broad range of customers. Before that, Malin was studio manager at PLAYERUNKNOWN Productions in Amsterdam, NL, a studio founded by Brendan Greene who is an Irish video game developer best known for the hugely successful game PUBG: Battleground. PLAYERUNKNOWN Productions explores new technology using AI with the aim of building a platform to experience large-scale digital experiences (the Metaverse).

Further, Malin has a long background from the music industry as she is the former CEO of Network of Music Partners (NMP), a joint venture by PRS for Music and Nordic CMOs (Koda, Tono, Teosto) formed in 2011 with the idea that economy of scale in royalty management is enabled through collaboration services such as mechanical offline processing as well as digital (online) handling for a number of CMOs. During her 8 years at the helm of NMP, Malin and her team managed to significantly expand the managed royalty portfolio to not only handle MCPS’ and the Nordic CMO’s offline and online rights, but also that of the Dutch CMO, Buma/Strema. Finally, Malin has served as Advisor on the IMRO IT-committee reporting to the IMRO board, since June 2022.
