The Songwriting Collective (TSC) is hosting its next Monthly Songwriting Workshop on Wednesday, April 17th, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the IMRO HQ in Copyright House. Following the workshop, there will be a presentation of co-writes and original songs at The 51 Bar on nearby Haddington Road.
At each workshop, participants have the chance to showcase their original songs, engage in discussions about songwriting techniques, collaborate on new compositions, and receive constructive feedback. Occasionally, TSC invites specialists to share insights on relevant topics. While it’s preferable to bring your musical instrument, it’s not mandatory.
Additionally, TSC organizes a bi-weekly Open Mic event at The 51 Bar, providing an opportunity to enhance your performance skills.
The workshop will be led by Rob MacLeod, a seasoned Music Producer, Mentor, and Singer/Songwriter. The guest speaker, Basil Breen, a talented Singer/Songwriter, Podcaster, and Web Developer, will discuss leveraging AI to promote your music.
