A series of three ‘Views of the Valley’ songwriting retreats, supported by IMRO, will take place in 2023.
Each retreat will bring together 15 Participants (Singer/Songwriter/Producers), for co-writing sessions.
The venue is a remote escape in Co. Wicklow, where attendees can enjoy panoramic views and the tranquillity of the private grounds.
The first retreat is Pop-music focused, aimed at Artists broadly within this genre to co-write for their own projects. It will take place from May 22-26th 2023. This will be followed by an EDM retreat, from July 8-12th 2023, where Producers within this genre can collaborate for their own Artist projects.
The final retreat will be focused on writing songs to pitch for Eurovision, and will run in September (exact dates TBC). These camps are not officially affiliated with any publisher, label, broadcaster, company or other external body.
