Seán Fox Announces Next Single

Arklow musician Séan Fox has been gigging around the country as a solo performer and with his band Small Town for over four years. Séan’s music is best described as singer-songwriter/Indie Rock.

Although Séan is only starting out on his career he has already performed at the Rose of Tralee and has sung in front of President Mary McAleese. 2019 was a big year for Séan, shortly after completing his Leaving Cert he released the single ‘Obscene’ which has had airplay on 16 radio stations nationwide.

Séan has had his music played on East Coast FM, Dublin City FM, Phoenix FM, KCLR FM, Waterford FM, Ocean FM, Flirt FM and many more. The Highlight of 2019 for Séan was playing support for Aslan in the Arklow Bay Hotel and the National Opera House in Wexford .

Séan has continued his progress into 2020 having opened for Jerry Fish in the Courthouse Theatre in Tinahely. Séan was due to team up with Aslan again for two more gigs on 25th March and 1st April 2020 (unfortunately these were cancelled due to Covid-19).

An extremely talented guitarist and vocalist Séan has a passion for song writing. At 13 years of age he was successful in an application to Music Generation to have one of his songs ‘Burning In Fire’ recorded on the John Lennon Bus.

2020 will be a big year for Séan. The first single from his new EP ‘Wires’ was released on 21st February and amassed 3K streams on Spotify in the first week. Séan’s new single ‘Open Road’ will be released on Spotify, SoundCloud and all streaming platforms on 1st May 2020.
