SACK Announce Workman’s Cellar Show for May 21st

Irish Music luminaries Sack will play a special one-off limited capacity show at Dublin’s newest live music venue, The Cellar which is located within The Workman’s Club venue on Saturday May 21st.

The band who released their first single ‘What A Way To Live’ in 20 years last year to great critical acclaim as well becoming a well-played radio hit are currently working on a new album scheduled for release early next year, as well as the reissue of the 25th anniversary remastered edition of their 1997 album ‘Butterfly Effect’ which sees its first ever release on double vinyl, as well as CD and Digital Download out on Friday May 6th from UK based indie label Dimple Discs.

Sack will also be playing Mike The Pie’s in Listowel on Friday May 13th, and as special guests for The Frank and Walters UK show at the infamous 100 Club in London on October 1st as well as a slot at this year’s Shiiine On Weekender Festival at Minehead in November.

Their special guest on the night will be the bands Dimple Discs labelmate Eileen Gogan, who recently released her ‘Another Golden Day’ EP with Sean O’Hagan (Microdisney, The High Llamas & Stereolab)
