Blessings was written and recorded in Ireland and Malawi. Earlier this year Rain travelled to Malawi to finish the recording of this song, however his guitar did not survive the journey. The Malawi sessions could not happen without the guitar, but as is always the case, the Universe provides.
A Malawian man named Blessings who had hand built an acoustic guitar reached out to lend his creation so that the recording could go ahead. The session was saved, and the song was named in honour of the Malawian guitar builder!
This song is about synchronicity, and how things can slot into place when we’re living good. Promotion: Liberty PR.
