Whistle This is a monthly music showcase/platform which has been running now in Thurles for over 7 years. With the support of appreciative audiences, and of course the wonderful musicians and writers that channel the magic into shared moments with a new song or performance.
With the help and support of IMRO, Whistle This has been able to continue, post Covid, to provide a space and platform for all genres of contemporary songwriting and bands. both experienced, and those who need to gain that experience in a positive and supportive way. It’s a joy to watch new, young writers grow in confidence and in the art and craft of songwriting.
