Lavengro Bare All in New Release ‘Consequences’

June 24, 2021

Derry’s Lavengro are baring all in their new release ‘Consequences’ which will be released on June 25th 2021 across all streaming services. Get ready for a change in pace with ‘Consequences’ as Lavengro explore the effects of generational trauma in this emotional anthem.

Lavengro co-wrote and produced this track with chart-toppers BILLEN TED (Wellerman Remix, When You’re Out, Don’t Need Love, Call on Me). These heavy synth influences serve as the perfect backdrop for Lavengro’s most authentic track to date, matched their introspective songwriting style to create a track that feels haunting, yet poignant.

Gareth, Emmet, Dave and James make the four piece Lavengro and have been riding high on the back of huge radio support, including plays on BBC Radio One and Today FM. Lavengro’s last single ‘Anchors’ also earned a coveted place on Q Radio and RTÉ 2FM playlists.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the song, Lavengro say: “Growing up in Northern Ireland, our generation is dealing with the consequences from its complex history. We are in no means a political band, but we believe in equality. We all bleed the same. It’s time to take accountability for actions taken which have a destructive impact on the road to a more diplomatic society. It’s time to face the consequences.”
