Midleton Arts Festival Songwriting Workshop with Nicole Maguire

Nicole will perform a selection of her own songs and explain in detail how she wrote them.
5 of the participants will be given the opportunity to prepare and perform their songs which will receive Nicole’s critique. These will be chosen in advance so if you wish to be considered please send a recording (no need for studio recording, even a basic phone demo recording will do) of your song to midmay@nulloutlook.com or send CD to 1 Upper Mill Road, Midleton, Co. Cork.
Participants will be encouraged to ask questions at any time.
Limited to 20 participants. Minimum age is 10.
This event is free of charge. Booking is essential, deadline is 25th of April.
The duration of the event will be 1.5 hours.
The event will take place in An Seomra, Wallis’ Bar, Midleton on the 13th of May 2017 at 4.30pm, doors at 4pm.
There will be room for a limited audience of 20 people.
