- 10 Acts Selected: Perform in the Listening Rooms Music Trail in various quirky venues throughout Cavan Town.
- 1 Act Selected: Spend a day recording at Don Mescall’s Recording Studio, Belturbet, Co. Cavan.
What are The Listening Rooms?
Inspired by the early acoustic performances of the 60s in New York’s Greenwich Village, where legends like Richie Havens, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen, and Paul Simon played intimate gigs, The Listening Rooms offer a platform for new talent to be heard. This is your chance to be part of a unique experience, showcasing your music in intimate settings just as those iconic artists did.
