Following fast on the trail of their first folk influenced track ‘Travelling Song’, Galway-grown act Siúcra take a more grunge soaked approach with their new single ‘Anxiety’.
Taking influence from acts such as Radiohead, Wolf Alice and the 90’s early grunge movement, they entwine this with their signature dream folk sound, with a hint of Irish trad. As always, it’s hard to place Siúcra’s sound into one box.
This single follows their second headline gig in the Roisin Dubh, a slot at the Ballyshannon Rory Gallagher festival and preceding their forthcoming E.P.
