New Single From 1000 Beasts ‘Naruda (Fall In Your Arms Again)’

1000 Beasts is the alias of Cian Sweeney, an Irish producer/artist who collaborates with different artists on every track (they are the “beasts” behind the name) to make soulful, indiepop & hip hop inspired tracks.

His production work has seen him garner over 20,000,000 streams on Spotify for collaborators songs and his own artist project, and he’s a platinum selling producer thanks to his work on the hit song ‘Fake Fine’ by Robert Grace.

His debut EP “On A Different Page” was released in July 2020 through Unity Group (Paris) followed by the runaway success of his remix for Elaine Malone (You) which was recently released on the new Café Del Mar album Café Del Mar Café del Mar XXVII (Vol. 27).

Recent releases include ‘For You & I’ in collaboration with rising Irish artist Alex Tierney, and ‘NYCBB’ in collab with French singer Célia Tiab( Kojaque, Soft Boi Records), both releases achieved playlisting on numerous Spotify editorials on release. The latter has recently been chosen for a sync in the upcoming Sally Rooney (Normal People) series, ‘Conversations With Friends’ (not to be published) More recently 1000 Beasts released ‘For The Honour Of The Pen’ in collaboration with Irish Nigerian poet and performer FELISPEAKS. This led to a collaboration with Body & Soul Festival in conjunction with Sounds From A Safe Harbour on their new film ÉRIU.

1000 Beasts sits at over 100,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. His work has seen him hit New Music Friday 9 times, and he has been supported by Spotify with 28 editorials including Viral 50 – UK, Viral 50 – Ireland, Fresh Finds, Alt R&B, Souttronic, Next Wave Neo-Soul, NMF, Ibiza Sunset and more

Strong blog and radio support has seen 1000 Beasts playlisted on 2FM, Track Of The Week on 2FM, ‘Best Song In The World’ on BBC Introducing, Across The Line, BBC Ulster and support from EARMILK, Nialler9, The Irish Times, Hot Press, District Mag and more

2022 will see 1000 Beasts release his debut album through Jawdropper Records who are backed by worldwide digital distribution via the Universal Music owned InGrooves and we have a string of Irish festival and headline shows in place for 2022 including St. Patricks’ Day festival, Dublin and Body&Soul Festival in June as well as album launch gigs in Dublin and Cork
