Keith Forde releases the Sunlight EP

Keith is a singer/songwriter originally from Limerick and now lives in Malvern, Worcestershire. His music has been described as indie/folk and is influenced by the sounds of 60’s Folk-Rock and 90s Brit Pop.

In March 2023 he was selected to play at a BBC introducing live music session, which will be broadcast on BBC Hereford & Worcester next week and the video of the performance will be available on the BBC introducing website in the coming weeks. He was also selected as the BBC introducing Artist of the week for Hereford & Worcester and had airplay every day for a week on the station.

Keith likes to collaborate and write songs with other artists. In the summer of 2022 one of the songs he co-wrote was used in Episode One of ‘Love Island’ UK which was watched by over 6 million people.

He is a co-writer of one Top 30 and three Top 40 songs in the official Irish singles charts. He is also the co-writer of the Hotpress song of the year and was a Folk/Singer-Songwriter category winner (out of 15,000 entries) in the International Songwriting Competition in Nashville.

He has played live in Ireland, England, Scotland, Canada and the USA and had songs on TV shows on ITV, CBS and RTE.

‘Sunlight EP’ was released on April 7th 2023. It will be available on all streaming platforms. There’s also a limited number of CDs available. You can buy the digital and physical versions of the EP on Keith’s Bandcamp page.
