Irish Country Sensation Arlene Bailey releases brand new Single ‘Going Through Hell’
Irish Country Sensation Arlene Bailey is back with yet another captivating Single A stunning version of “Going Through Hell”.
Produced at WL Studios By Cliff Deane Member of highly renowned Irish Band Picture This Who Geer up the release of Their 4th Studio Album Parked Car Conversations on the 26th Of April 2024, “Going Through Hell” Promises to be a worthwhile listen and guaranteed to inspire you with this amazing back story to this single. This is a charity single and all proceeds will be donated to Mental Health Organisation Aware for World Bipolar Day.
Having navigated the challenges of bipolar disorder with courage and resilience, Arlene has emerged as a beacon of hope and inspiration to fans around the world. Through her music, she has fearlessly tackled the stigma surrounding mental health, inviting listeners to find strength in.
Arlene who was recently Campaign representative for Aware Mental health Charity For World Bipolar Day Was Using her platform and music to give back to the charity, with all profits from the Single Going Through Hell Being Donated to aware. “Arlene Delivered an A show full of fierce, beautiful, country-rock songs in which she sings about love, lust, loss and pain but also the joy and freedom she has found since her bipolar diagnosis and journey back to an even keel.”
Arlene hails from Sallins in Co.Kildare and as a recording artist, she has embraced country music in a way that has gained her much recognition.
She left home at 17 and went on tour with a band but after a few years of working the club scene in the UK she decided it was time to go solo and a signed a recording contract with Crashed Records in Dublin. As a solo artist, her talent brought her to many places around the world including tours of the Middle East, Europe and eventually to the United States where she made a temporary home for herself. During her time in America, Arlene played the Irish scene throughout New York and Boston and recorded 2 albums in Nashville.
Her debut album ‘Chain Of Love’ was released in 2003 with the title track reaching No.51 in the European country charts and No.9 in France.
