We were delighted to pop into Damien Dempsey’s gig at the Iveagh Gardens, Dublin last week for the presentation of an IMRO Award in recognition of his chart-topping album Seize the Day (20th Anniversary Edition).
The IMRO Number 1 Award was introduced to acknowledge IMRO members who reach number 1 in the album charts here in Ireland.
A special vinyl release of Damien Dempsey’s beloved album Seize The Day, which was originally released in Ireland in 2003. Marking the record’s 20th anniversary in 2023, it is the first time Seize The Day has been available on vinyl.
The vinyl includes the well-known tracks ‘Factories,’ ‘Negative Vibes,’ ‘It’s All Good’ and ‘Apple Of My Eye.’
