Garageland in association with IMRO Announces 2024 with Red Hot Wednesdays at Fibbers.
Throughout 2024 Garageland is staging 12 showcase gigs aimed at supporting emerging artists.
Speaking about Red Hot Wednesdays, Garageland’s Ayanna Church says ‘We are so proud to have hosted the very first shows for Thanks Mom, Dopamine, Mya Foley in 2023 and 2022, are we so excited to see who plays with us in 2024! The support from IMRO helps us to focus on new initiatives like this, so watch out for much more in 2024!’
Each show will feature 3 brand new acts, and all acts will be put forward for the first Garageland Live Awards in December 2024.
The first show is scheduled for Wednesday 24th January at Fibbers Dublin – over 18’s with ID.
Artists already confirmed to play the series include String Cut Puppets, Agent Orange, SYGH and Aaron James (pictured).
