Fia Moon shares her official new music video for recently released single ‘On Fire’.

November 15, 2023

Irish pop/singer-songwriter, Fia Moon has shared her official new music video for recently released single ‘On Fire’.

The video was shot over this summer in the South of France, her second home, as it’s where Fia’s mother lives. One of the places in the world where she feels the most relaxed and happiest, Fia decided she wanted to challenge herself and record a music video on her own. She explains, “It’s amazing and can be so inspiring to have someone else’s perspective but with this particular song, it only felt right to do everything myself. The song is all about freeing yourself from relying on others and it only made sense to do it on my own this time.”

Fia proceeded to order a digital camera from Amazon and set off to record with an idea for it to be fun, lighthearted and not perfect. Fia explains, “I knew my editing skills were basic at best, and I figured that if the footage isn’t posed then the edit can get away with not being perfect, either lol. In the process, I realized how much fun it was to worry less about getting ‘the perfect shot’ and at times forget the camera was even rolling. This video is like an intimate video diary of when I’m the most happy and confident – being by the sea, reading, eating, laughing, traveling, and trying my best to live in the moment.”
