Purpose of Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing & Membership Team as a Membership Administrative co-ordinator. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our organisation and ensuring our members receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration
    • Assist in the management of the membership database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date member records.
    • Process new membership applications in a timely manner
    • Guide existing members through documentation or procedures in relation to their membership.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
    • Collaborate with the membership team to organise and promote member events, meetings, and activities.
    • Assisting with targeting and recruiting high-profile international songwriters, composers, and music publishers for IMRO membership.
    • Provide general administrative support to the department, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials.
    • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless flow of information and efficient cross-departmental operations.
  • Planning and Organising
    • Overall department objectives are set by the Marketing & Membership Director. However, the job holder is expected to be self-motivated and show a high degree of initiative.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration or customer service roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.

  • Familiarity with membership databases or CRM systems is a plus.
