Davor Davs Mastanjevic, known professionally as Electric Dove, is establishing his own distinctive voice in the alternative rock landscape—blending raw rock energy with immersive sonic textures to craft a sound that is both nostalgic and modern. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, he is a dedicated studio artist, writing, producing, singing, and playing multiple instruments on each of his tracks. In the final recording stage, he collaborates with a close-knit group of highly regarded musicians and recording engineer/studio producer, Peter Pearlson to bring additional depth and nuance to his compositions.
His latest release ‘Lost‘ is a powerful, driving track that explores the struggle of finding a way back from the edge when all hope seems lost.

Electric Dove’s debut album, Always Watching, takes a non-traditional approach—with one single released each month across all major digital platforms worldwide via his distributor, RecordJet. This 13-track project is designed to allow each song to stand on its own, while also contributing to the larger sonic and thematic journey of the album.
To date, three singles have been released, with each track accompanied by a music video on YouTube. The videos, crafted using Kaiber AI and Videobolt, serve as a creative extension of his music, providing an immersive, visual interpretation of his lyrics and themes.
As a recording artist first and foremost, Electric Dove finds deep satisfaction in the creative process of writing, recording, and producing. While he is not currently performing live, he remains open to the possibility should the right opportunities arise.
With a steadily growing online presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, SoundCloud, and ReverbNation, he continues to build a dedicated audience, one release at a time.
Despite having no Irish heritage, Electric Dove is a proud IMRO member, a decision rooted in the genuine support and warmth he experienced from the organisation.
