The new EP ‘Feel Low‘ from Some Remain is dropping on July 18th.
Some Remain are an alternative indie punk band from Sligo. Formed from busking on the streets of their home town and having played all over Ireland, they deliver catchy hooks and chaotic noise in their high energy live sets.
This is brought about by feeling an absence of anything like that around them, and wanting to create something with some edge and fun.
They have been part of the Glastonbury Emerging Talent Longlist 2024 and showcases such as Whelan’s Ones to Watch and Ireland Music Week.
The debut EP this summer is their most ambitious project to date with a mix of dynamic energy, sonic textures and chaotic instrumentation.
The EP will be released on all streaming platforms and a 12″ violet vinyl record. The five track EP is self recorded in Sligo; the title track was mixed by M(h)aol’s Jamie Hyland who also mastered the EP.
