Rising Irish Pop Star Sophie Doyle Ryder is excited to announce the release of her new single Happier.

After successfully releasing her debut EP ‘Beginners Luck’ in May 2022, Sophie is excited to release her latest single Happier. The 19Y/O Singer-Songwriter from Dublin has drawn comparisons to Rihanna, Ariana Grande and Anne Marie.

Happier is all about realizing your worth and being happy by yourself. Throughout Sophie’s music, the young artist portrays a constant theme of independence and knowing her worth. She wrote Happier with Lauryn Gaffney who taught her not to care about other people’s opinions and be happy doing what you want. Happier is for anybody who feels like they’re trapped in a loop of bad feelings and or bad people. It’s about putting yourself first before anybody and anything!

Sophie enjoyed a major 2022, she continued her surge towards the heights of Irish alt-pop with the recent release of her debut EP, Beginner’s Luck in May. The Dublin singer-songwriter has been taking her home country by storm lately — she has been recognised as one of Ireland’s fastest rising talents by RTÉ 2FM and is included on major Spotify playlists. Sophie played Forbidden Fruit, St Patrick’s Day Festival, Indiependence,  Body and Soul and Kaleidoscope Festival.  Sophie Doyle Ryder is one of alt-pop’s freshest, fun-loving personalities and she has the tunes to match.
