Originally from Waterford City, Ireland, his life to date has been a journey of perfecting his craft through writing, recording & performing. Growing up in a family of working musicians, music was never absent in his environment & from an early age he formed a strong passion for the craft; naturally drawn to the piano, then further expanding his musical virtuosity to guitar, bass, vocals & production, backed by high-energy performances.
Recently teaming up with world class producers – Philip Magee (The Script, Miles Kane, Kodaline) & Eliot James (Two Door Cinema Club, Bloc Party) – this allowed CODYY to further elevate his writing & production skills, along with expanding his already vast musical palette. The focus is now on bringing CODYY’s debut album to life. An album for the times, intelligently crafted with songs of substance that share his experiences of his journey to date.
