Quiet Lights Festival Returns to Cork This November

This month, Islander host the fourth iteration of their winter festival, Quiet Lights, happening in various venues across Cork city, Thursday 18th – Sunday 21st November 2021.

Quiet Lights is an exciting and well-loved winter festival with a big heart which aims to shine a light on the new wave of Irish and International folk, traditional, and experimental talent that are quietly forging new paths, recollecting old tales, and creating new stories.

Enjoy music from the heart and for the soul filling Cork city’s nooks, crannies, chapels, and bars, from the best of Irish & International acts.

This year’s line-up welcomes: Lisa O’Neill, The Lost Brothers(Sold Out), Anna Mieke, Ichiko Aoba, Junior Brother, Lemoncello (Sold Out), Niamh Regan (Sold Out), Maija Sofia, Maria Kelly, Joshua Burnside, Caomhín Ó Raghallaigh, Kate Ellis & Caimin Gilmore, Trá Phádín, Cormac McCarthy & Nell Ní Chríonín, Emma Langford (Sold Out), Ailbhe Reddy, Molly O’Mahony, Rachael Lavelle, Participant, Varo, Participant and Sam Clague.

Artists will take to the stages at The Everyman, Triskel Christchurch, Coughlan’s Live, Crane Lane, Live at St Luke’s, and Winthrop Avenue.

A closing party bundle ticket is also available for Sunday 21st November – 4 gigs for €25 – Molly O’Mahony, Maija Sofia, Trá Pháidín and Junior Brother closing out the festival in the Crane Lane.
