“‘High Altitude‘ (Acoustic) is a song that came from a pretty raw place — both literally and emotionally. I wrote it while battling altitude sickness in Cusco, Peru, feeling completely out of my depth in more ways than one. At the time, I was in a dark chapter of my life — surrounded by the wrong energy, chasing things that didn’t really matter.
“All I wanted was to go home, to be around the people who had been there from day one. That moment of clarity became High Altitude. I originally wrote it on guitar, so releasing this acoustic version feels like bringing the song back to its roots — stripped down, honest, and exactly how it was meant to sound when I first wrote it from that little room in the Andes.”
