MARYANN is a name you should get used to hearing. Hailing from Carlow, this vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter is putting her own spin on pop music. Inspired by songwriters like Dolly Parton, Kacey Musgraves, and Taylor Swift – MARYANN aims to tell relatable stories, bringing listeners along with her, laughing at what it feels like to come of age, in the modern age.
Having successfully released her self-titled debut EP last year, she went on to release her original Christmas song ‘At Christmas’, and kicked off 2025 with her single ‘I Heard‘.
Gigging regularly in pubs across the country, MARYANN recently played support for Carlow duo Asophonics at their single launch, as well as opening for Róisín Ó on her Irish tour at her sold out show in Cleere’s Bar & Theatre, Kilkenny.
