Audrey Bridgeman is an emerging Irish artist (singer/songwriter/musician), set to release her new track ‘Songbird’ January 18th.
The song was written by Audrey and Gerry Hendrick and features Audrey on vocals, drums and percussion and Gerry on guitars and synthesizer. ‘Songbird’ has recently received a ‘Special Mention Award’ for 2024, in the singer songwriter category, from the UK Songwriting Contest which is a long running songwriting event that was launched in 2002 in association with major music bodies.
‘Songbird’ is about letting go, being a light unto yourself, and making positive changes to make way for new people and opportunities. Audrey has been busy during the last few months writing and recording new material due for release in 2025.
