IRISH Trad-Folk band Bula Beag have just released their highly anticipated new single ‘Gra Siori‘ this October.
The four piece band, which comprises Cathal O’Mocháin, Aoibheann Treanor, Brendan Mallon and Patrick Corrigan, have already grabbed music lovers attention with their mix of Irish traditional, folk and indie rock sounds.
Their latest offering ‘Gra Siori‘ is a beautiful song about the strong bond between a father and their child.
From Monaghan and Tyrone, Bula Beag are well-known on the live music scene and have played the Clonmany Festival and the St Patrick’s Day Festival in Sligo.
Speaking about the new single, singer Aoibheann said: “The song is essentially about the eternal love between a daughter or son and their father.”

Bula Beag are a band from Tyrone and Monaghan. The band includes Cathal O’Mocháin (singer-songwriter, guitar and mandolin) Aoibheann Treanor (singer, concertina, tin whistle and guitar) Brendan Mallon (Banjo, bouzouki, mandolin and harmonica) and Patrick Corrigan (Drums, Bodhrán and cajon box).
The band has many musical influences such as Irish folk music, traditional Irish music, American outlaw country and Indie Rock.
Bula Beag has played at many festivals such as the Clonmany Festival, The Mary from Dungloe Festival and Sligo St Patrick’s Day Festival. They have also played many large venues throughout the country and recently in Germany.
