1000 Beasts is excited to announce the upcoming release of his new single, ‘Twin 47’, out February 14th. This marks his first release in almost a year, following his sophomore album, Burning Flower, which featured the hit track Cherry Delight (feat. Tomike), now surpassing 2.2 million streams on Spotify.
Twin 47 is the first track to feature 1000 Beasts’ own vocals, heavily manipulated to create a dark, chilled texture. Opening with delicate piano, the track builds into a tranquil beat, with a guitar lick at the chorus that blends late ‘90s downtempo Ibiza vibes with modern production.

Arguably one of the most prolific producers to come out of Cork in years, 1000 Beasts released his debut album ‘Naruda’ in April 2022. Featuring collaborations and co-writes from an eclectic mix of artists such as FeliSpeaks, Célia Tiab, LENII, Arthur Valentine, April and Orla Gartland, and with well over 8+ million streams amassed on the project already, 1000 Beasts has established himself as an artistic force that straddles the line between indie, soul & electronic music.
The concept behind 1000 Beasts is simple. One producer who writes & collaborates with different artists (the “beasts”) on each track to create music greater than the sum of its parts.
“After releasing Burning Flower, I took six months off from working on any 1000 Beasts music. The past few years have been incredible, and I had the chance to create for other artists and explore different creative avenues.
The break was refreshing, but by the end of last year, I felt it was time to start the next chapter of 1000 Beasts—experimenting with new directions for the sound.
I was keen to challenge myself by releasing singles without collaborators for once, pushing my creative voice beyond the need for a traditional lead vocal or topline. Twin 47 is the first step in that journey, and I’m excited to share more in the coming months.”
