Originally from County Wicklow and now based in Cork, Irish singer-songwriter Kyle Duffy has spent the last number of years quietly honing his craft through live performances, song-writing and independent releases.
Now, with ‘Adelaide‘, he is releasing his strongest and most accomplished work to date. ‘Adelaide‘, is out Now.
‘Adelaide’ is an indie folk/singer-songwriter release that explores the memories, places and people that remain with us long after life has moved on. Built around honest lyrics, warm acoustic textures and an intimate vocal performance, the song reflects on learning to carry those memories forward rather than leave them behind.

The single marks an important milestone in Duffy’s journey. After two independently self-recorded releases, ‘Adelaide’ became his first professionally recorded studio single, produced with Dave Skelton in Galway.
The result is a significant step forward in both production quality and artistic direction while staying true to the authenticity of the song-writing.
