IMRO continues its monthly collaborative initiative with The Songwriting Collective with details of the upcoming October event announced today.
The next workshop will take place on Thursday 5th September from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm at IMRO, Copyright House, Pembroke Row, Dublin 2. followed by a presentation of newly written co-writes and other self-penned songs in the Wellington Pub on Lower Baggot Street.
Each workshop provides an opportunity for songwriters to showcase songs that you have written, to discuss/explore the craft of songwriting, to co-write and to receive detailed feedback about your compositions from your peers. In addition, from time-to-time presentations by relevant music specialists on topics of interest are included as part of these sessions.
The workshops are facilitated by Tony Bardon (tonybardon.com) and Danai Kelleher, both of whom have extensive experience in running workshops in Ireland and Europe, as a result of their involvement with EU-funded music projects.
