Ireland’s Eurovision 2013 Entry to be Selected Tonight

ESC13_Logo_RGBTonight is the night that Ireland will select its entry for the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest, due to take place in Mälmo, Sweden in May. Five songs have been shortlisted and a combination of juries and votes from the public will decide who will represent Ireland at the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest on Tuesday 14th May.

The five acts will perform this evening on a Late Late Show special from 9:30pm onwards. The songs will be performed in the following order:

1. Son Kez/The Last Time composed by Hugh O’Neill and Sinead Bradley (Arranged by Tevfik Kulak) Sung by Inchequin and mentored by Shay Healy.

2. Crashing Down composed by Robert Grace. Sung by Aimée Fitzpatrick and mentored by Mark McCabe.

3. Fire composed by Lauren White, Niall Mooney and Willie Weeks. Sung by Zoe Alexis Bohorquez and mentored by Niall Mooney.

4. Only Love Survives composed by Wez Devine and Ryan Dolan. Sung by Ryan Dolan and mentored by Stuart O’Connor.

5. Kiss Me There composed by Drax. Sung by Kasey and mentored by Mairéad Farrell.
