IMRO Retains Investors in Diversity Silver Accreditation

IMRO is proud to announce that it has retained Silver accreditation in the Investors in Diversity programme, recognising the organisation’s continued commitment to creating an inclusive, equitable and supportive workplace.
Awarded by the Irish Centre for Diversity, this accreditation acknowledges organisations that are actively embedding diversity and inclusion across their culture, policies and everyday practices. Retaining this status reflects IMRO’s ongoing work to empower staff, measure progress and take meaningful action to strengthen inclusion across the organisation.
The Silver accreditation process includes colleague engagement through the Investors in Diversity survey, independent analysis by the Irish Centre for Diversity, national and sector benchmarking, the development of recommendations and action planning to support continuous improvement.

IMRO’s retention of Silver status highlights the organisation’s dedication to building on the progress already made and ensuring that inclusion remains at the core of its operations and is reflected in how IMRO supports employees.
Lorna Brennan, Head of Human Recourses added:
“We are delighted to retain our Silver Investors in Diversity accreditation. IMRO is commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful and supportive workplace. This recognition is a testament to our colleagues’ efforts, and we remain committed to learning, improving and embedding inclusion across everything we do.”
This achievement marks another important milestone in IMRO’s ongoing diversity and inclusion journey, as the organisation continues to promote a culture of fairness, respect and belonging.
