IMRO is delighted to announce its inclusion in the Top 100 Companies Leading in Wellbeing Index, developed by Ibec in partnership with Business & Finance Media Group.
Now in its sixth year, the index recognises organisations across Ireland that demonstrate a strong commitment to employee wellbeing, including mental health support and the development of positive workplace environments, while continuing to improve how they support their people.
IMRO’s inclusion reflects its ongoing focus on employee wellbeing as a key priority. This is supported by the IMRO Culture Team, which works closely with HR to deliver wellbeing initiatives and help create an inclusive, supportive workplace where employees feel valued and heard.
