Art offers a means to interrogate new advances in technology and the challenges that accompany them, to shine a light below the surface and to bring shape and context to the otherwise unseen.
The Artist should have experience of working with technology and ideally data or at least familiarity with data and an interest to work with it as an input for an artistic output. The Artist should also be informed on health, wellbeing and environmental sustainability, as the hope is that the Artist will use the existing data to stimulate an informed discussion around health, wellbeing and sustainability of the city environment.
